03/08/2018 - Delaware Opportunities is scheduling a corned beef and cabbage dinner to celebrate St. Patrick's Day at all senior dining centers on Friday, March 16th.
The Margaretville Senior Dining Center will be celebrating their 44th anniversary the same day with an enhanced menu. The suggested donation for the meal in Margaretville is $5 for seniors age 60 and above, and $6 for non-seniors. For all other centers, the suggested donation is $4 for seniors and $5 for non-seniors. Those with incomes over 185% poverty are encouraged to pay the full cost of the meal ($7.38).

The Senior Dining Program is operated by Delaware Opportunities under contract with the Delaware County Office for the Aging. The program is funded by the New York State Department of Health and Office for the Aging, with federal, state and county funding, and through confidential donations. Anyone age 60 and above is an eligible program participant.
